FrauVonDa// invites you to an immersive, transmedia happening centered around the Oder river habitat. Together, we dive underwater—into a multisensory kaleidoscope of sound, images, feelings, and thoughts—meditative yet stirring. The Logensaal becomes a vibrant riverbed where scientific findings about fish perception intertwine with artistic fiction. A polyphonic, sensual narrative creates a picture of possible communities living in and around the river. Together with guests from the worlds of science and art, from Germany and Poland, FrauVonDa// asks: What does the future of shared habitats look like, and with whom are we willing to share? The senSONICtalks© invite the audience to engage in open exchange – as part of a growing Oder community.

The project takes place in cooperation with the Leibniz Institute of Freshwater Ecology and Inland Fisheries in Berlin, the Freie Universität Berlin/Intervenierende Kunst and European University Viadrina Frankfurt (Oder) (central coordination by Viadrina Institute for European Studies IFES in cooperation with Viadrina Center B/ORDERS IN MOTION).

Registration information will follow shortly.
