Τhe Online Biennale Arts & Edges serves as a prelude to the in-person Biennale Arts & Edges 2027, which will take place on the island of Rhodes (Faculty of Humanities), hosted by the University of the Aegean. The 2027 Biennale will place emphasis on interaction, dialogue, creativity, performativity, inclusivity, collaboration, and innovation — all fostered through the exchange of discourses and practices within an insular context. Insularity is by itself the incarnation of an edge, serving as both a geographical and symbolic expression of liminality and transition.
