Kathleen Läger, LL.M. is a research associate of the research group "Regulatory Questions of Transnational Work - Perspectives of Interdisciplinary Research" at the Viadrina Center B/ORDERS IN MOTION. Her Ph.D. project which is supervised by Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. Susanne Baer, LL.M. (Humboldt-University of Berlin) examines processes of judicial decision making. Previously, she studied law in Jena, Indianapolis, Moscow, Berlin, and Berkeley before completing her clerkship at the High Court of Berlin. Her research interests include (transnational) anti-discriminination law, diversity in the judiciary and bar, social psychology and law, and critical legal studies.
